刘志刚

  刘志刚,男,1988年10月出生,博士,副教授,研究生导师。

  一、从事的主要研究方向

  主要从事食品营养方向研究,主要研究内容具体包括,膳食营养组分及新型膳食结构对代谢综合征及神经退行性疾病的干预机制,食品营养因子对细胞内信号通路、线粒体功能的影响,以及对神经突触可塑性保护等方面的研究。

  二、学习工作经历

  2017年2月-至今,西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院,副教授。

  2015年9月-2017年1月,西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院,讲师;

  2013年8月-2015年8月,美国南加州大学药学院,联合培养博士;

  2010年9月-2015年6月,西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院,食品科学,博士;

  2006年9月-2010年6月,西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院,食品质量与安全,工学学士;

  三、研究成果及学术论文

  目前在食品营养及生物化学领域共发表论文近三十篇,主要成果发表在食品营养与生物化学领域等具有国际影响力的期刊上,如Molecular Nutrition & Food Research, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry,Free Radical Biology & Medicine等,并以章节第一作者身份参与编著外文专著一部。目前任Oncotarget , Journal of Nutrition, Journal of Functional Foods等食品营养学杂志审稿人。主持参与了多项省部级及国家国家级基金项目;多次参加国际重要学术会议,包括,美国加州自由基协会(Oxygen California Club)以及戈登会议(Gordon Research Seminar & Gordon Research Conference)并展示研究成果(Posters)。
