夏效东,男,19818月出生,博士,西北农林科技大学食品科学与技术学院教授,博士生导师。兼任西北农林科技大学中美食品安全联合研究中心副主任。美国食品技术协会会员及美国微生物学会会员。陕西省青年科技新星及教育部新世纪优秀人才计划入选者。

食源性致病微生物的分子流行病学、致病机制以及应激机制;

天然活性物质的营养及抗菌功能

承担本科生“食品安全风险分析与管理”及研究生“专业外语”等课程。
