    刘学波,男,1975年9月出生,黑龙江克山县人,博士,教授,博士生导师,西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院院长、测试中心主任。入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划、陕西省中青年科技创新领军人才计划,荣获2015年度中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖-杰出青年奖,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。兼任中国食品科学技术学会理事、青年工作委员会副主任委员、食品营养与健康分会理事,陕西省营养学会副理事长,《中国食品学报》、《食品科学》、《Food Science and Human Wellness》编委。

    食品营养与安全,包括:① 天然食品因子调节糖脂代谢紊乱及脑神经细胞保护作用的营养功能性评价与分子机制研究;② 功能因子及食品危害物体内代谢的化学生物学研究;③ 新型营养健康食品研发。
    四、开设课程及指导研究生情况
    承担本科生“食品营养学”及研究生“食品科学学科进展”等课程讲授。
    目前培养毕业博士5名、硕士14名,在读博士研究生7名、硕士研究生16名。
