杨保伟

        一、基本信息
        杨保伟,男,1974年5月生,陕西商洛人,微生物学博士,教授,博导,陕西省优秀博士论文获得者。2004年7月至今在西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院任教,2005年至2006年在美国马里兰大学(University of Maryland)和Food and Drug Administration(FDA)访问交流。
        主持科研项目共17项,其中“国家自然科学基金面上项目”2项,省部级项目10余项。为“长江学者”奖励项目等的主要参加人。目前,以第一作者(或通讯作者)共发表科研论文40余篇,其中SCI收录22篇,累计影响因子约60,单篇他引次数最高为99次。中国微生物学会永久会员,美国IFT(Institute of Food Technologist)会员。国家自然基金函评专家,教育部学位论文中心评审专家,International Journal of Food Microbiology、Foodborne Pathogens and Disease、Journal of Food Protection、食品科学和西北农业学报等期刊的审稿专家。

        四、研究领域或方向
        食源性革兰氏阴性致病菌(主要为:沙门氏菌、阪崎杆菌和弯曲杆菌)的分子流行病学,致病性及致病机制,药敏性及耐药机制,食品安全生产全产业链致病菌的分子溯源和控制。
        五、开设课程
        先后主讲食品科学与工程学院本科生《食品微生物学》、《微生物学实验技术》、《食源性致病菌》和《食品生物性安全检测教学实习》课程,为硕士研究生《食品基因工程技术》课程和博士研究生《食品分子微生物》课程的主讲教师之一。

        (1) 国家自然科学基金面上项目“基于ESBLs的食源性沙门氏菌耐药性传播和产生机制”(31671956). 2017-2020,有效经费63万元。
        (2) 国家自然科学基金面上项目“基于MMR系统突变/缺失的食源性沙门氏菌耐药机制”(31171682). 2012-2015,60万元。
        (3) 与美国佐治亚大学(University of Georgia)合作承担的美国农业部项目“Salmonella Concentrations, Serotypes and Distribution on Raw Poultry in Five Emerging Market Countries”. 2011-2012,4.5万美元。
        (4) 与美国佐治亚大学(University of Georgia)合作承担的美国农业部项目“Enumeration and Characterization of Salmonella from Retail Raw Chicken in China”. 2012-2014,5万美元。
