  Research Area

  My research focuses on food safety microbiology. I am interested in molecular identification, subtyping, mechanism of antimicrobial resistance and pathogenicity of Salmonella  and Cronobacter sakazakii , and foodborne pathogens identification and control in the whole food production and supply chain.
