王妍入,女,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。食品科学与工程学院食品安全系主任。

二、研究领域

食品污染物快速检测技术研究。主要针对生物毒素、食源性致病菌等污染物开展纳米抗体等基因工程抗体研究及相应的快速检测与控制技术研究。

三、开设课程

承担本科生《食品分析与检验》、《食品仪器分析》、《食品大数据与追溯技术》、《农产品质量安全概论》等课程的教学工作。
