  吕欣,男,1975年9月生,博士,食品科学与工程学院 教授(博士生导师),党委教师工作部 副部长。

  一、研究兴趣

  本课题组致力于采用发酵工程技术解决生产中的基础和应用研究问题,目前的研究兴趣主要集中于生物能源、乳酸菌细菌素和肠道微生物等。
