吕欣,博士,教授、博士生导师,院长兼测试中心主任。陕西省“高层次人才特殊支持计划”区域发展人才,陕西省科技创新团队负责人,西北农林科技大学第五届学术委员会委员,兼任农业农村部食品质量检验测试中心(杨凌)常务副主任,农业农村部植物新品种测试中心(杨凌)常务副主任,陕西省食品科学技术学会副理事长。

主持公益性行业(农业)科研专项(共同首席)、国家自然科学基金、陕西省重点产业链“揭榜挂帅”项目、陕西省重点研发项目、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金和陕西中烟工业有限公司重大专项等。发表论文150余篇,授权国家发明专利8项(产业化3项)。

一、研究兴趣

  本课题组致力于采用现代分子生物学与发酵工程理论和技术解决生产中的基础和应用问题,包括益生菌、农业和农产品加工副产物全组份转化、益生元、食品配料生物合成等。
