马敏,女,1983年7月出生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。

二、研究方向

食品安全快速检测技术研究:主要致力于基于电化学原理的食品中农药残留、真菌毒素、亚硝酸盐及重金属污染,糖类成分,特定生物标志物快速灵敏检测技术方面的研究。

三、开设课程

承担本科生课程《食品微生物学》和《食品微生物学实验》、研究生课程《食品现代分析》等的教学工作。
