  张敏,女,1987年出生于四川省资阳市,博士,讲师。

  一 主要研究方向

  研究方向为食品质量安全。主要从事食品中有毒有害污染物(农兽药残留、真菌毒素、重金属等)的快速检测及其相关基础理论研究。主要研究内容包括:新型电化学传感器的研究;功能化纳米材料的合成;分子印迹技术的研究;样品前处理方法的构建。
