张文涛,博士,教授,博士生导师。入选博士后创新人才支持计划,陕西省高校科协青年人才托举计划,仲英青年学者,食品界优秀青年奖,全球2%顶尖科学家;担任Journal of Future Foods、Foods、《保鲜与加工》等期刊编委。

二、教育教学

承担本科生《食品分析与检验》、《食品科技英文写作》及研究生《高级食品化学》、《食品化学进展》、《食品现代分析技术》、《食品科学研究生Seminar》等课程。指导多名研究生获得“优秀学位论文”和“研究生国家奖学金”,指导本科生获得多项国家/省部/校级奖励、发表SCI论文多篇。

三、研究方向

食品安全:①食源性光敏成分的高效挖掘及纳米化改性;②基于纳米催化(光学/类酶学)的食品生物危害防控及新型功能包装;③基于纳米酶学的食品质量与安全快速检测。
