一、基本信息

杨保伟,男,微生物学博士,教授,博士生导师,陕西省优秀博士论文获得者。陕西商洛人。2004年7月至今在西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院任教,2006年至2007年在美国马里兰大学(University of Maryland)和Food and Drug Administration(FDA)访问交流。2018年12月至2020年1月在美国蒙大拿大学(University of Montana)访问交流。

主持“国家自然科学基金面上项目”3项,“135”食品安全国家重点研发计划课题1项,省部级项目10余项。为“长江学者”奖励计划等项目的主要参加人。目前,以第一作者(或通讯作者)共发表科研论文70余篇,其中SCI收录35篇,ESI高被引论文1篇,EI收录14篇。

中国微生物学会永久会员,中国食品学会食品标准与检测分会理事,国家标准化委员会食品与化妆品分会观察员,美国IFT(Institute of Food Technologist)会员。国家自然基金函评专家,教育部学位论文中心评审专家,International Journal of Food Microbiology、Food Control、Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy、Microbial Drug Resistance、Frontiers in Microbiology、Foodborne Pathogens and Disease、Journal of Food Protection、食品科学和西北农业学报等期刊的审稿专家。

四、研究领域或方向

食源性革兰氏阴性致病菌(主要为:沙门氏菌、阪崎杆菌和弯曲杆菌)的分子流行病学,致病性及致病机制,药敏性及耐药机制,食品安全生产全产业链致病菌的分子溯源和控制。

五、开设课程

先后主讲食品科学与工程学院本科生《食品微生物学》、《微生物学实验技术》和《食品生物性安全检测教学实习》课程,博士研究生《食品微生物进展》。为硕士研究生《食品基因工程技术》课程和博士研究生《食品分子微生物》课程的主讲教师之一。
