王建国,男,1982年12月生,山东德州人。西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院,博士,教授,博士生导师,中共党员。

一、研究方向

天然产物的开发及综合利用、乳液性质研究、绿色包装材料。

二、学术兼职及个人荣誉

国家自然科学基金函评专家、江西省自然科学基金评审专家、中国农科院函评专家、陕西省高新技术企业评审专家、陕西省三区人才、新疆昌吉自治州博峰精英计划领军人才。Food Chemistry、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids等期刊审稿人。先后获西北农林科技大学青年教师讲课比赛三等奖、校级思想政治先进个人、西北农林科技大学“我最喜爱的老师”等荣誉称号。指导毕业生先后获得院级、校级优秀毕业论文,指导国家级大学生科创项目结题优秀。

三、教育经历:

2005/9–2010/7,武汉大学,高分子物理与化学,硕博连读。

2001/9–2005/7,青岛大学,高分子材料与工程,学士。

四、工作经历:

2022/1-至今,西北农林科技大学,食品科学与工程学院,教授。

2015/1-2022/1,西北农林科技大学,食品科学与工程学院,副教授。

2012/6-2013/6,韩国江陵原州大学,海洋生命学院,博士后。

2011/7-2015/1,西北农林科技大学,食品科学与工程学院,讲师。

五、教学方面

参编教材两部,先后承担《食品化学》、《食品分析》、《食品包装学》、《食品工程原理》、《食品工艺学》和《生物工程与设备》的教学和生产实习任务。

六、科研方面

先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、青年项目各1项,省部级项目8项、校企合作及其它项目8项,发表SCI论文31篇,他引次数1000余次。其中,以第一作者或通讯作者发表中科院一区TOP期刊的文章10篇,其中7篇IF>9.0,申请专利2项。
