报告人简介：
Muhammad Azam博士长期从事乳酸菌相关研究，拥有丰富的学术和专业背景。研究领域包括功能乳酸菌筛选、乳酸菌包埋、乳酸菌基因工程以及益生菌与人体相互作用等方面。Azam博士在费萨拉巴德农业大学的国家食品科学与技术研究所(NIFSAT)获得了食品技术博士学位，并探索了乳制品中益生菌的微胶囊化研究，以提高益生菌活性，为该领域做出了重要贡献。Azam博士致力于改善食品安全和开发功能性食品，在高影响力期刊上发表了30余篇论文。Azam博士创新性地将化学计量学技术引入微生物学研究，为巴基斯坦食品安全评估设立了新的精确标准。在旁遮普食品管理局担任助理公共分析师和分析助理期间，负责细致的食品安全检测，监督实验室运作。
