吕欣,博士,教授、博士生导师,院长兼测试中心主任陕西省高层次人才特殊支持计划区域发展人才,咸阳市中青年科技创新领军人才,西北农林科技大学第五届学术委员会委员,兼任农业农村部食品质量监督检验测试中心(杨凌)常务副主任,农业农村部植物新品种测试中心(杨凌)常务副主任,陕西省食品科学技术学会副理事长

主持公益性行业(农业)科研专项(首席专家)、国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省农业科技创新项目、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金和陕西中烟工业有限公司重大专项等。发表论文130余篇,申请国家发明专利8项(授权7项,产业化3项)。
