二、教育教学
承担本科生《食品分析与检验》、《食品科技英文写作》及研究生《高级食品化学》、《食品化学进展》、《食品现代分析技术》、《食品科学研究生Seminar》等课程。指导多名研究生获得“优秀硕士学位论文”和“研究生国家奖学金”,主持教改项目1项,副主编出版教材3部,获校级教学成果一等奖1项。

食品安全:①食源性光活成分的高效挖掘及纳米化改性;②基于纳米催化(光学/类酶学)的食品生物危害防控技术及食品新型功能包装;③基于纳米酶学的食品质量与安全快速检测方法。
