王欣,男,1988年11月出生,博士研究生,食品科学与工程学院副教授,博士生导师,食品安全系副主任。
一、 主要研究方向
致力于食品资源开发利用方向的研究,目前主要集中于天然功能组分制备、功能化开发,以及食品加工副产物的清洁资源转化等方面研究。

三、 研究成果及学术论文
截止目前,围绕多糖、功能乳品、坚果深加工、农业及农产品加工副产物清洁高值转化等方面研究,累计发表学术论文60余篇,其中以第一及通讯作者发表SCI论文50余篇,其中ESI高被引论文1篇,主持国家自然基金,国家重点研发计划子课题,深圳虚拟大学园自由探索类基础研究项目,省、市重点研发计划,以及企业横向等多项科研项目。与此同时,主持教改项目2项,发表教改论文2篇,以副主编出版教材1部,参编教材2部、外文专著1部。
