一、基本信息
杨保伟,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,陕西商洛人。陕西省优秀博士论文获得者。2004年7月至今在西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院任教,2006年至2007年在美国马里兰大学(University of Maryland)和Food and Drug Administration(FDA)访问交流。2018年12月至2020年1月在美国蒙大拿大学(University of Montana)访问交流。先后荣获“优秀研究生导师”和“我最喜爱的老师”荣誉称号。
主持“国家自然科学基金面上项目”3项,“135”食品安全国家重点研发计划课题1项,省部级项目10余项,横向合作5项。目前,以第一作者(或通讯作者)共发表科研论文90余篇,其中SCI收录50余篇,EI收录14篇。主编教材1部,副主编教材3部,参编教材8部。
中国微生物学会永久会员,中国食品学会食品标准与检测分会理事,国家标准化委员会食品与化妆品分会观察员,美国IFT会员。国家自然基金函评专家,教育部学位论文中心评审专家,Food Research International、International Journal of Food Microbiology、Food Control、Science of the Total Environment、Journal of Hazardous Materials、食品科学和西北农业学报等期刊的审稿专家。

方向1:食源性革兰氏阴性致病菌(主要为:沙门氏菌、阪崎杆菌和弯曲杆菌)的分子流行病学,致病性及致病机制,药敏性及耐药机制,食品安全生产全产业链致病菌的分子溯源和控制。
方向2:益生菌资源开发及其在农产品深加工中的应用示范
五、开设课程
先后主讲食品科学与工程学院本科生《食品微生物学》、《微生物学实验技术》和《食品微生物分析综合实习》课程,博士研究生《食品微生物进展》和硕士研究生《现代食品微生物学》课程。
