伊扬磊,男,1988年1月出生,副教授,博士研究生导师。从事食品微生物代谢调控、肠道微生物的分子作用机制等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金等项目八项。担任《Fermentation》等期刊编委,十余本SCI等期刊审稿人。以第一或通讯作者在《Trends in Food Science & Technology》等期刊累计发表论文三十余篇,其中ESI高被引论文2篇,热点论文1篇,论文累计被引用1500余次,H指数20。获陕西高等学校科学技术奖一等奖两项。参与编写英文专著一部,高等学校教材两部。

二 研究方向
从事食品微生物代谢调控和分子机制方面的研究。目前研究方向包括乳酸菌代谢产物的生物合成及调控机理,益生菌与宿主相互作用,功能益生菌的筛选及其健康效应的分子机制。
三 教学情况
主讲本科生《营养生物化学与分子生物学》,《分子生物学基础》和研究生《食品分子生物学进展》等课程的教学工作。主持西北农林科技大学教改项目1项。指导本科生承担国家级、省级科创项目多项,指导学生多次获得全国大学生生命科学竞赛等学科竞赛奖励。
