二、研究方向

主要从事植物多糖结构功能解析、益生菌 - 肠道微生态调控及功能食品开发相关研究，致力于揭示食源多糖的肠道健康调控机理，突破天然多糖产业化机制模糊瓶颈。

三、主要科研项目

青年科学基金项目（C类），约氏乳杆菌来源的CAZymes降解果胶多糖调控VEGF维持肠道屏障的机制研究，主持。

陕西省博士后基金，亚临界水法制备苹果渣果胶介导肠道菌群调节免疫作用机制研究，主持。
