王建国,男,山东德州人,中共党员,教授,博士生导师。

一、研究方向

复杂碳水化合物、食品胶体科学、天然高分子材料。

二、学术兼职及个人荣誉

国家自然科学基金函评专家、教育部学位论文通讯评议专家,江西省科技与人才项目评审专家、中国农科院项目与人才评审专家、山西省科技与人才项目评审专家、陕西省高新技术企业评审专家、陕西省三区人才、陕西省食品科学技术学会理事、陕西省科技特派员、新疆昌吉回族自治州博峰精英计划领军人才。《食品工业科技》特邀主编、Food Chemistry、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids等期刊审稿人。先后获西北农林科技大学“思想政治教育先进个人”、“我最喜爱的老师”等荣誉称号。指导毕业生先后获得院级、校级优秀毕业论文,指导国家级大学生科创项目优秀结题。

三、教育经历:

2005/9–2010/7,武汉大学,高分子物理与化学,硕博连读。导师:张俐娜 教授(中国科学院院士)。

2001/9–2005/7,青岛大学,高分子材料与工程,学士。

2022/1-至今, 西北农林科技大学,食品科学与工程学院,教授。

2015/1-2022/1,西北农林科技大学,食品科学与工程学院,副教授。

2012/6-2013/6,韩国江陵原州大学,海洋生命学院,博士后。合作导师:You Sangguan 教授。

2011/7-2015/1,西北农林科技大学,食品科学与工程学院,讲师。

参编教材两部,先后承担《食品工程原理》、《食品化学》、《食品分析》、《食品包装学》、《食品工艺学》和《生物工程与设备》的教学和生产实习任务。
