夏寅强,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。

一、学习工作经历

2019博士毕业于天津大学化工学院,期间于阿尔伯塔大学联合培养,同年直聘西北农林科技大学食品学院副教授。

二、教育教学

承担本科生《食品安全控制技术》、《食品人工智能应用》及研究生《食品科学专题》、《食品科学研究生Seminar》等课程,指导多名本科生获得国家、省级大创项目等。

三、主要研究方向

主要从事于食品安全控制,包括生物传感检测技术、抗菌保鲜技术开发、仿生材料设计与应用等。

四、研究项目与成果

主持国家自然科学基金、陕西省重点研发计划、企业横向等多项课题,在 Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (自然指数期刊/G1) 、Anal. Chem. (自然指数期刊)、 J Agr. Food Chem. 、Chem. Eng. J、Small等期刊发表论文二十余篇,近5年主要成果如下:
