折泳波,男,1992年9月出生,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。研究方向:食品营养与健康;糖脂代谢、慢性代谢综合症与心血管健康;营养免疫学。担任《Frontiers in Nutrition》《Food & Function》《Journal of Functional Foods》等期刊审稿人,《International Journal for Vitamin and Nutrition Research》期刊青年编委。中国食品科学技术学会高级会员,中国营养学会、加拿大营养学会会员,陕西省营养学会健康管理分会理事。
