卢浩，男，山东潍坊人，中共党员，博士，副教授。入选陕西省“三秦英才”引进计划、西安英才计划青年创新人才、西宁市夏都菁英行动计划，担任食品领域多个期刊审稿人。

一、学习工作经历

2023.10-至今，西北农林科技大学，食品科学与工程学院，副教授；

2019.09-2023.06，江南大学，食品学院，博士；

2016.09-2019.06，青岛农业大学，食品科学与工程学院，硕士；

2012.09-2016.06，山东理工大学，农业工程与食品科学学院，学士。

二、本科教学

承担《食品营养与卫生学》《食品与营养科学研究方法》等课程。

三、研究方向

（1）淀粉资源开发与精深加工；（2）膳食功能因子提取与营养功效评价；（3）功能性产品开发。
