卢浩，男，1993年生，山东潍坊人，中共党员，博士，副教授。

2023.11-至今，西北农林科技大学，食品科学与工程博士后流动站；

2023.10-至今，西北农林科技大学，食品科学与工程学院，副教授；

二、研究方向

（1）淀粉回生重结晶机制解析；（2）淀粉精细结构与性能构效关系；（3）低GI主食研发。
