二、研究方向

膳食纤维、益生菌与人体健康。主要研究内容包括:(1)功能性膳食纤维的制备及功能特性表征;(2)膳食纤维与益生菌的互作机制及其对肠道健康影响;(3)高稳态益生菌递送体系的开发。
