何财安,博士,副教授,研究生导师。研究领域为食品营养与健康。在 Food Hydrocolloids 、 Food Research International 、 Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry 等期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,主持或参与陕西省秦创原引用高层次创新创业人才项目、陕西省自然科学基金项目、山东省重点研发计划项目等省部级科研项目6项,获陕西省科技进步二等奖1项。

二、教学工作

1. 承担本科生课程《功能食品学》、《食品营养与健康大数据管理》,研究生课程《现代食品营养学》的教学工作。

2. 参编中国轻工业“十四五”规划教材《营养与健康》、《功能食品学》。

三、科研工作

1. 主要研究方向

(1)谷物营养与加工技术:谷物功能化加工与品质调控、淀粉绿色改性技术与低GI食品开发等。

(2)天然多糖功能活性:功能性多糖高效制备及改性技术、多糖结构与功能特性调控、多糖功能食品开发等。
