丁龙,男,1988年出生,安徽安庆人,博士,副教授,博士生导师,兼任中国畜产品加工研究会青年工作委员会委员、中国乳制品工业协会青年科技工作者委员会委员。获得2019年吉林省优秀博士学位论文,第三届中国蛋品加工业十大杰出青年英才荣誉称号。

食品营养与功能性食品,主要包括:食源性生物活性肽资源挖掘、肠道消化吸收、营养健康作用评价及机制研究;食源性生物活性肽类营养健康产品开发。
