丁龙，男，1988年4月出生，安徽安庆人，博士，副教授，博士生导师。获得2019年吉林省优秀博士学位论文，第三届中国蛋品加工业十大杰出青年英才荣誉称号。

承担《食品营养与卫生学》、《食品营养与健康科学》等本科课程教学。

三、研究方向

食品营养与功能性食品，主要包括：食源性生物活性肽的肠道消化吸收、营养健康作用研究；食源性生物活性肽类营养健康产品开发。
