食品营养与健康,主要包括;(1)食品功能因子对衰老引起认知记忆障碍的营养干预作用及机制研究;(2)食品功能因子调节肠-脑轴平衡延缓急慢性疾病的营养干预作用及机制研究;(3)食品功能因子干预生物钟在机体系统性炎症与氧化应激中的作用与机制研究。
